A new countertop oven with doors that stay put

Cuisinart's newest countertop oven has two French doors. The Artisan French Door Air Fryer Toaster Oven, model TOA-FD70, is priced at $199.95 and is available now on Cuisinart.com and Amazon (opens in a new tab). The company says Target.com and Target stores nationwide will carry it starting in October. The announcement came Sept. 29, 2026, from Stamford, Conn.
The oven covers seven cooking functions: air fry, toast, bake, broil, roast, pizza and warm. According to Cuisinart, DualSync allows one-handed opening of both doors together, while SoftHold lets them remain partly open at different angles. The company says HeatSeal Technology retains heat at the doors' meeting point, and a fan and heating assembly mounted above the food circulate hot air at high velocity. The housing and interior are stainless steel.
Spencer Helmrich, Product Marketing Manager at Cuisinart, said the oven "pairs the multifunctional performance people want with a distinctive French-door design that looks as good on the countertop as it performs". Cuisinart is a division of Conair LLC.
What fits inside and what it costs to own
The interior measures 0.6 cubic feet. That is enough room for six slices of toast or a 12-inch pizza, according to the company. Larger batches fit too: Cuisinart rates it for 3 pounds of wings or a 4.5-pound chicken.
Cuisinart includes a three-year limited warranty with the oven.
