What this heater does for your garage or workshop
- Before bringing it home
- This is a 240V hardwired unit that requires professional installation by a qualified electrician and does not include a power cord.
This is a 240V hardwired heater that can be ceiling mounted, so the floor stays clear for vehicles or equipment. It offers 3,000W, 4,000W, or 5,000W output and claims coverage up to 592 square feet.
For a garage, workshop, or medium workspace that needs reliable warmth, we'd consider this a solid fit. It uses a mechanical thermostat that you adjust with a dial rather than digital controls.
The steel housing and automatic overheat shutdown are built for dusty or busy environments where a plastic space heater might not hold up. If you're wiring a permanent heat source and want simple operation, this is worth a look.
What $99.99 buys and how it compares
At $99.99, this heater is priced below its typical price of $124.95 over the last 90 days. That's a $24.96 difference, or about 20% off. This matches the lowest price we've seen for it, spanning all-time.
The price includes the heater and a multi-angle mounting bracket. A power cord is not included, so factor in the cost of wiring and any electrician labor for a true total.

Placement, power, and upkeep
Because this unit hangs from the ceiling, you'll need a mounting location with enough clearance and a 240V circuit nearby. The bracket allows multiple angles, which helps direct heat where you need it.
The mechanical thermostat keeps things simple, and the steel body should handle regular shop conditions. There's no filter mentioned, so dust may settle on the unit over time; a soft brush or vacuum can keep the surface clear.
When to skip this heater
Skip this if you rent and can't run a dedicated 240V line, or if you need a portable heater you can move from room to room. It's also a poor fit for spaces larger than 592 square feet, where it may struggle to keep up.
If you want digital scheduling or Wi-Fi control, this mechanical model won't offer that. Check with an electrician about your panel capacity before buying, since a 5,000W load needs a suitable circuit.
